- Session* organizers may deduct Can$400.00 from the regular registration fee. *A session must be planned of at least NEW five speakers who have been invited by the Session-organizer and all have paid their regular registration fee in full.
- Graduate Students may deduct Can$100.00 from the regular registration fee. A graduate student here must be of full-time status at her/his university at the time of registration at the Conference.
- Delegates of preceding AES-ATEMA Conferences can deduct $100.00 from the applicable regular registration fee.
Prospective participants are rquested to register and pay their registration fee before June 15, 2012 (NEW SUBMISSIONS ONLY) in order for their articles to be included in the conference program and appear in the conference proceedings.
Participants may pay their registration fee by direct deposit in the Conference’ bank account, certified cheque, money order or by using Bank-wire transfer. Detailed instructions on “how to pay your registration fee” will be communicated, by the Conference Chair, to the participant after her/his completed “Registration Form” is received by the Conference.
