Abstract

Preparing and submitting your abstract.

Prospective authors are invited to submit an abstract of 120 – 150 words, not later than June 08, 2012. Please prepare your abstract on the enclosed template (LINK below). The abstract must be titled and all authors’ full names, their affiliations and e-mail addresses are to be fully identified.

All abstracts will be acknowledged by the Conference and notification of acceptance will follow shortly after the Abstract submission. At that time, the Conference template, containing the instructions on how to prepare the full-length article, as well as the Conference copyright-transfer form will be forwarded by e-mail to the corresponding authors of accepted abstracts.

Please forward your abstract by e-mail, as an attachment, not later than June 08, 2012, directly to the Conference Chair at yhaddad@uottawa.ca; aesatema@Gmail.com. PLEASE indicate in your e-mail message whether your abstract submission is for the Montreal’2012 venue (June 18 – 22, 2012) or Toronto’2012 venue (August 06 – 10, 2012).
